The Sender confirms all shipment details are accurate and non-prohibited. All parcels must be securely labeled and packed.

• Only personal effects are allowed.
• LCSN Express HK Limited may reject or dispose of unacceptable items without liability.
• Sender is liable for claims, fines, or costs, including return shipping or storage.

LCSN Express HK Limited may inspect or open shipments at its discretion.

Goods may be held until all fees (freight, duties, etc.) are paid. After 30 days of non-payment, items may be treated as abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

LCSN Express HK Limited’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of:
(a). The actual loss or damage amount as declared; or
(b). HKD 1,500 in total per shipment.

LCSN Express HK Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, profits, or market opportunities, regardless of prior notice.

LCSN Express HK Limited shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery arising from:

• Acts of God or events beyond its control;
• The nature or inherent defect of the shipment;
• Any third-party involved in the transport or delivery process;
• Fragile items (accepted at Sender’s risk)
• Non-declaration or under-declaration of item value;
• Electronic or magnetic damage to data or media.

• a) All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• b) Claims will not be processed until all transportation fees are fully paid.
• c) Reimbursements, if approved, do not cover the basic shipping fee or any related charges.

These Terms and Conditions extend to all agents, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees of LCSN Express HK Limited.

LCSN Express HK Limited does not accept commercial goods (defined as more than twelve of the same item) or the following materials:

• Precious metals or stones (e.g., diamonds, gold)
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, toy guns
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Perishable goods
• Obscene, lewd, or pornographic content
• Combustible or hazardous items
• Items prohibited by law or government regulations

Any costs incurred due to non-compliance, including fines, taxes, and penalties, shall be reimbursed by the Sender upon presentation of proper documentation. LCSN Express HK Limited reserves the right to retain the shipment as security until all obligations are met.
